INITIAL SERVICE

One of our friendly technicians will treat the inside and outside of your home and develop a customized plan for protection.

FULL YEAR OF SERVICE

Pests are active year-around. That means you need protection year-around.


Our custom treatments adapt with the season to address seasonal pest activity in your area, giving you protection all year long.


We'll come back to re-treat outside your home every two months for a total of six treatments, including the initial service.


And if pests come back, so will we - at no cost to you.

STEP 1

Inspection

We'll inspect all accessible areas of your home, from roof to crawl space, to determine how rodents gain entry. Next, we'll develop a customized plan for your property.

STEP 3

Re-Inspection

Each year, we will re-inspect all accessible areas of your home to check previously secured entry points as well as look for any new possible vulnerabilities to address.

STEP 2

Exclusion

Using methods including traps and baits, we will get rodents out. Then we will patch, seal and secure any vulnerable entry points to keep intruders out for good.

Guaranteed rodent protection

If, during the term of your plan, covered rodents* enter your home, Eliminix will at no extra cost:**

  • Take care of the new invasion

  • Repair damaged exclusion components

Robert Pimentel

Owner/Operator

Robert is the Owner/Operator of Eliminix which presently services Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Before starting his own company, Robert worked for one of the worlds' largest pest control companies for 10 years. He was a termite inspector, pest technician and Regional Service Manager. 


Robert holds an Operator's License in Branch II (General Pest control) and Branch III (Wood destroying organisms) with the State of California Pest Control Board.
